His staff is very friendly and helpful. I primarily work with Mark, who has set me up with all of my policies. The premiums are impressively low compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere, which is such a relief given the strong reputation of State Farm’s coverage. "Kaleb is not a nice guy or a good insurance agent. Our policy was transferred over to him by another agent who left. We received no call from him or his team. When we had an issue with our roof being replaced during Covid he was not at all helpful and we ended up having to pay 10,000 dollars out of pocket. in fact I spoke with a lawyer who said we would probably win a settlement for the case because we were unable to get our roofer to finish the job in the time allotted. The roofer was way behind schedule and supplies due to Covid. Kaleb was rude and condescending over the phone. Kinda felt like if I was someone more important he’d look into the extenuating circumstances a bit more. That’s the vibe I got from him -a valley guy that is nice when it benefits him. He totally talked down to me as well my husband and I took our business elsewhere. I would not recommend him."
